I am running for Congress to promote renewable energy technologies, fiscal responsibility and stop wasteful spending. 

Constitutional Amendment:  Members of Congress are to handwrite all proposed laws.  If a member of Congress is physically  unable to handwrite a proposed law another member of Congress can handwrite the law for them.

Doable Energy Miracle:  Using wind power in small villages around the world can store their excessive electrical power as hydrogen gas in floating drums of similar design that are used in biomass to methane systems and produce electricity with a steam engine.  The floating drums need a flexible coating too not only to prevent rusting of the steel drums but too also help keep the hydrogen gas in.

Doable Energy Miracle Two:   Where it is not economical to run electrical power lines  from run of the river electrical power systems to villages is to make hydrogen gas and transport the hydrogen gas to villages for storage in floating drums and produce electricity with steam engine. 

Doable Energy Miracle Three:  In larger run of the river electrical power systems with excessive electrical power is to take carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere.  Split water into hydrogen gas and oxygen and use the carbon dioxide and hydrogen gas to make methanol, gasoline and diesel fuel.  I did put an idea into Richard Branson's Virgin Earth Contest using run of the river power source to take carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere.  Puget Sound Energy has a run of the river power system on  the Puyallup River called Electron Hydroelectric Project that has over a 10 mile long wooden flume that brings water to the dam.  In parts of the world where wood cannot be used, use a Bailey bridge system as a foundation and Bailey suspension bridge system where needed and modern materials to make a penstock or flume.  Duncan Dam in British Columbia Canada is a storage dam that can be used to test taking carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere and hydrogen gas out of water to make liquid carbon fuels with a new electric power plant.  The United States has a few storage dams that this idea can be used on too.

Doable Energy Miracle Four:  With geothermal power is to drill a traditional shaft down to the hot dry rock high temperature zone and use flame jet technology to carve out an underground cavern and use advanced hard rock directional technology to connect to the underground cavern for a 50 plus megawatt electrical power system.  This is the only renewable baseline power source that the United States can use to get it to over 100,000 to 500,000 megawatts of baseline energy every hour of the day by 2050.

Modify an idea by Igor Sikorsky that can use the exhaust gases of from a stationary diesel generator in military and civilian's generators around the world to heat water to steam to use in a steam turbine for additional electrical power using diesel fuel to its maximum use.  Using this idea can save lives, reduce injuries and save money on Department of Defense fuel convoys in Afghanistan and fuel use worldwide.  Igor Sikorsky original idea was to use the exhaust gases from an airplane's piston engines to heat water to power a steam turbine for the airplane's electrical system.  His patent number is 2,252,528 filed on July 16, 1938.  I do have a great idea on modifying some old patents that heat water to steam to use in a steam turbine.  Also an efficient compact steam turbine that can be used.  All ideas can be done in less than 45 days of less with the right people.

Over 95 percent of the Doable Energy Miracles ideas are already out there just waiting to be put together to be used by mankind.   

 

One of the best ideas to use is the idea to take carbon dioxide out of seawater and turn it into gasoline and diesel fuel with hydrogen gas.  The United States Navy has already done that idea and has a patent on it.  One hundred baseline megawatts of power 24/7  can make 41,000 gallons of jet fuel every day. 

THE WORLD NEED A POLITICAN WHO KNOWS WHAT RENEABLE ENERGY IDEAS THAT THE CAN REDUCE THE CARBON DIOXIDE IN THE EARTH'S ATMOSHPERE.
